Firelands is a Tier 12 raid instance introduced in Patch 4.2. Here players will have a chance to match wits and strength with the Ragnaros' most powerful lieutenants, and ultimately face the Firelord himself in the very seat of his power, Sulfuron Keep.

Players will also be able to attain parts for the new legendary staff [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest] as well as the rare mount [Smoldering Egg of Millagazor]. The process to obtain [Dragonwrath, Tarecgosa's Rest] starts with the quest A Legendary Engagement and follows on where you will meet Tarecgosa and become infused with her soul allowing you to transform into a member of the blue dragonflight once you complete the staff.

Players can reach the Firelands through a portal located at Mount Hyjal.
