Information
- Much like a protection warrior's Shockwave ability, Staggering Roar is a stomp, frontal cone AoE that usually occurs when first pulled. It can one shot non-tanks, so try to have most of the raid behind or to the sides of it at least during the initial pull. It is recommended that you pull one into a cleared room with only the tank in front of him.
- During the fight, an Orb will spawn and chase a raid member. Recommended that the targeted person moves away from the raid until it stops chasing.
- Also during the fight, the Overseer will use Devastating Leap on what seems to be the raid member furthest from him. It will stun the target as well as all in the immediate vicinity. Healers, try to make sure you are not furthest away or standing near someone that is so that you will avoid the stun and can still continue healing. The target of such an attack isn't likely to die, so any dps should be capable of surviving such an attack. Unknown at this time if there is a minimum range needed for this attack (ie. should the entire raid bunch up behind the Overseer or not) or if it would be wise to designate a Leap target to stand off by themselves to soak up the attack (and more importantly, the AoE stun).
