Baltharus the Warborn is a member of the Black Dragonflight and a mini boss located within Ruby Sanctum. He is located on the cliff to the left of the entrance.

Abilities
Baltharus
- Blade Tempest - Inflicts 70% of weapon damage to everyone within 15 yards every second for 4 seconds in a whirlwind.
- Repelling Wave - Knocks nearby enemies back, inflicting 4.1k to 4.8k Fire damage, and stunning them for 3 seconds. Used while summoning a clone.
- Summon Clone - Summons a clone with the same health. Used at 50%.
- Enervating Brand - Brands an enemy, drawing energy from them and allies within 12 yards. Stacks every 2 seconds, reducing the enemies' damage by 2% and increasing the caster's damage by 2%. Lasts 20 seconds.
- Siphoned Might - Increases the caster's damage by 2% per stack.
Clone
- Blade Tempest - Inflicts 70% of weapon damage to everyone within 15 yards every second for 4 seconds in a whirlwind.
- Cleave - Cleaves up to 3 targets in a frontal cone.
- Enervating Brand - Brands an enemy, drawing energy from them and allies within 12 yards. Stacks every 2 seconds, reducing the enemies' damage by 2% and increasing the caster's damage by 2%. Lasts 20 seconds.
